We’re looking for yards in East Portland!
Yards/participants must be:
In or near the Cully Neighborhood or a 4000sq ft site anywhere in East Portland.
at least 2000sq feet of contiguous full sun.
front or back yard, though we prefer front for visibility.
without dog poop (we love dogs!)
able to commit to a 5 year minimum collaboration
How does it work?
We design, prep, and plant your food forest. Homeowners may assist in prep and planting.
Homeowner pays for all plants at wholesale cost, chipdrop fees, hose, and water.
5-7 year renewable contract
produce is shared between stewards and homeowner, extra is donated to mutual aid food distribution.
We steward your food forest. You don’t need to do anything labor-wise, though participation is possible.
Homeowner agrees to PFFI accessing the site at our convenience with notice for stewardship and tours/classes.
